The Former Site of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC on Guangda Road is a Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Former Site of the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC on Guangda Road is located on the fourth floor of No. 4, Guangda 2nd Lane, Guangda Road, Yuexiu District.

On August 19, 2015, it was designated as part of the Eighth Batch of Guangzhou Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Units by the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.

Protected area: east to the west boundary line of the adjacent eight-story building, north to the northern boundary line of the heritage site itself, south extending 5 meters beyond the boundary line of the heritage site, west to the west boundary line of the adjacent row of old buildings at No. 10, Guangda 2nd Lane (an east-west oriented lane).

Construction control zone: east to the west boundary line of the planned Guangda Road, north extending 30 meters from the protected area boundary to the south boundary line of the planned Guangwei Road, south to the south boundary line of the planned Guangda 2nd Lane (an east-west oriented lane), west to the east boundary line of the planned Guangda 2nd Lane (a north-south oriented lane).
