Engel River

Engel River is located 130 kilometers southeast of Man Town and is one of the areas in our banner rich in water and grass resources. It is also one of the four major irrigation areas in Xilin Gol League with over ten thousand mu of land, covering an area of more than twenty thousand mu. The irrigation area contains natural freshwater surfaces, where various species of fish live in the lakes, along with clams, snails, shrimp, and abundant aquatic plants. Flocks of ducks and waterfowl can be seen, as well as rare animals such as swans. It has now been developed into a resort offering various forms of tourism including swimming, fishing, boating, and summer retreats. Paddle on the water to experience the life of fishing families, or enjoy the tranquility of fishing by the lake. In the hot summer, it’s a great place to escape the heat.
