Located in Luokeng Town, Qujiang District, D底顶 Mountain stands at an elevation of 1,586 meters, making it the highest peak in Qujiang. The mountain features grasslands, rocky slopes, valleys, wetlands, cliffs, jungles, ridges, and more, offering particularly stunning scenery.

Within Guangdong Province, there are only two remaining inland marsh wetlands — one is the herbaceous swamp in the canyon area of D底顶 Mountain in Luokeng Town, Qujiang District, and the other is the herbaceous swamp located southeast of Lanshi in Wuchuan County. The Luokeng herbaceous swamp is situated in Xiadong, Luokeng Town, at an altitude of around 1,000 meters, covering a wetland area of approximately 524 square kilometers. Originally a gentle slope at the foot of the mountain, it was once cultivated as paddy fields. However, due to the rugged mountain paths, inconvenient transportation, high altitude, and cool climate leading to low rice yields, it was later abandoned and turned into a herbaceous swamp. This area is often waterlogged year-round, with the lowest point reaching about 0.8 meters in depth and an average depth of around 0.2 meters.

The terrain of D底顶 Mountain is complex and the weather is highly changeable, with significant temperature variations within a single day. Wind, rain, fog, and intense sunlight often occur together.
