Accra International Conference Centre

The Accra International Conference Centre is located in Accra, the capital of Ghana. Due to its large scale, it has become one of the most well-known event venues in the country. The main hall of the conference centre can accommodate 1,600 people, making it the most important meeting venue in Ghana. Leaders from around the world often gather here to hold significant international conferences.

The Sino-Ghanaian Diplomatic Relations 50th Anniversary Photo Exhibition was inaugurated at the Accra International Conference Centre. In July 2009, U.S. President Barack Obama attended a conference in the centre and delivered a speech. The venue is surrounded by a series of notable buildings, including the Ghanaian Parliament, the Accra Sports Stadium, as well as the famous Black Star Square.
