Introduction: The works of Liszt, much like those of other Hungarian composers, subtly embody noble patriotism, reach into the lives of the general public, and reflect society. In some of his compositions, one can faintly detect the essence of Gypsy folk music. The Franz Liszt Museum, established in his honor, displays a wealth of artifacts related to the life of this iconic Hungarian musical master.
