Birmingham Town Hall is located in Victoria Square, Birmingham. It was built to host the city's three consecutive music festivals when Birmingham Cathedral proved too small to accommodate the events and public meetings.

Construction of Birmingham Town Hall began in 1832 and it opened in 1834. Between 2002 and 2008, it underwent renovation and was transformed into a concert hall hosting various types of musical performances, including pop, classical, rock, and more. The building is an example of neoclassical architecture and is famous for its pipe organ, which was installed in 1834 and has become an integral part of its musical performances. In addition to concerts, Birmingham Town Hall is now also used as a venue for graduation ceremonies held by Aston University in the UK, typically taking place over five days in July and March each year.
