Birmingham St Philip's Cathedral is also often referred to as "Birmingham Cathedral". Located in Birmingham, West Midlands, central England, it is the cathedral church of the Church of England's Diocese of Birmingham. It is the third smallest cathedral in England, only larger than Derby Cathedral and Chelmsford Cathedral, and has been designated as a Grade I listed building in the UK.

Built between 1711 and 1715, Birmingham St Philip's Cathedral is a fine example of Baroque architecture. Its tall tower was constructed in 1725, and the church became the cathedral of the newly established Diocese of Birmingham in 1905. This towering church exudes a sense of sacredness and solemnity, conveying its grandeur at all times. The church's organ, which dates back to 1715, was restored in the 19th century and has since become one of the most important instruments used during events. The cathedral is surrounded by a churchyard covering 4 acres, which was once used as a burial ground but is no longer used for that purpose. Within the yard stand six prominent monuments, one commemorating two workers who died during the church’s construction, and another honouring the victims of the Birmingham pub bombings.
