Arrecife is a city in the province of Las Palmas, Canary Islands, Spain, located in the central-eastern part of Lanzarote. It first appeared on maps in the 15th century as a small fishing port, and over the years has developed into a vibrant, energetic, and elegant metropolis.

The Church of San Ginés originally served as a hermitage and became a parish church in 1778. It is the venue for the annual Corpus Christi festival.
