Xinghua Mountain Tourist Attraction is located in Nuwenmuren Township in the southeastern part of Zhaqi, bordering Jiangqiao Town in Tailai County, Heilongjiang Province. It is 2.5 kilometers from the renowned Nenjiang Bridge and Yinjiang Highway, and 50 kilometers east of Qiqihar City.

The grass grows knee-high, and the area boasts numerous medicinal plants such as Mongolian milkvetch, lily magnolia, licorice, anemarrhena, and bupleurum. The entire mountain looks as if it is wrapped in a green carpet. With water on its western and northern sides, the mountain resembles a huge piece of jade inlaid on the water’s surface. It is a green nature tourism area, attracting numerous spring tourists every year when the apricot blossoms are in full bloom. There are currently
