Dolan Lake Park is located in the northwest of Yinder Town, 300 meters from Shenshan Hotel. “Dolan” means “bright eyes” in Mongolian and “many blue lakes” in Chinese. It is an artificial park created through generations of effort by moving mountains and digging a lake. The planned area of Dolan Lake Park is 74.4 hectares.

The planning of Dolan Lake Park draws on both the natural layout of traditional Chinese landscape gardens and the design concepts of modern leisure parks popular worldwide. Currently, the lake cruise area has taken initial shape, featuring 15 hectares of water surface and four bridges. The park, where “three lakes are interconnected and two islands face each other,” consists of a central inner island, shaded promenades, rockeries, arched bridges, and three lake areas. It is shaded by lush trees, with rippling blue waters, picturesque landscapes, and natural charm. The park’s water diversion channel is 5,700 meters long. The Chuo’er River meanders from northeast to southwest through the Yinder urban area, quietly purifying the fresh air. Rows of weeping willows line the canal, swaying in the wind, with winding paths, fluttering butterflies, and fragrant blossoms. The park is home to over 200,000 trees of more than 20 species, including weeping elm, five-lobed maple, weeping willow, plumleaf crabapple, camphor pine, spruce, and lilac. It has become a great place for entertainment, leisure, and morning exercise for people of all ethnic groups in Jalaid Banner, as well as an ideal destination for tourists visiting the area.
