Also known as "Hunchback Mountain" or "Christ the Redeemer Mountain," Corcovado Mountain stands at 710 meters high and is located on the edge of Guanabara Bay in Rio de Janeiro, offering breathtaking scenery. The mountain is accessible by road, with buses able to reach the halfway point, after which visitors can transfer to smaller vehicles or a small train to get to the summit. The mountaintop boasts stunning views, and standing there and looking out, it feels as if the sea and sky merge into one, with the entire city of Rio de Janeiro spread out before you.

Such beautiful scenery at the summit is best appreciated with the naked eye, as a camera cannot capture the most magnificent sights—you need to experience them with your heart. The mountain is famous for the Christ the Redeemer statue, which was built to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Brazil's independence. The statue has a base 8 meters wide, is 30 meters tall, with arms that stretch 30 meters wide, weighs 700 tons, and stands in a cruciform position. In the sunlight, the reflection of Jesus is cast upon the white clouds, creating a spectacular sight. The location of the statue was chosen with great care, making it visible from many parts of Rio de Janeiro, both day and night. Standing next to the statue and overlooking Rio de Janeiro, the surrounding landscape is fully visible.
