Isfahan is a city in central Iran, situated in the valley between the Zagros and Kuhrud Mountains, alongside the Zayanderud River. It is the capital of Isfahan Province and the third-largest city in Iran. The city is one of the oldest in Iran, established in the 4th or 5th century BC, boasting a long and rich history.

Isfahan is a city rich in historical landmarks. Imam Square, located in the city center, measures 500 meters in length and 160 meters in width. It is the second-largest city square in the world after Beijing's Tiananmen Square in China and has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Si-o-se-pol Bridge (33 Arch Bridge) is a must-visit attraction for anyone traveling to Iran. This two-tiered bridge spans 297 meters in length and 13 meters in width, featuring 33 arches. It has witnessed the passage of history and the development of Isfahan, serving as both an architectural marvel and a work of art. The Chehel Sotoun Palace is one of the most important palaces of the Safavid dynasty, built in 1647 by Shah Abbas II. Its most distinctive feature is the preservation of numerous precious historical oil paintings, murals, and various artifacts. The Imam Mosque, construction of which began in 1611, took over twenty years to complete, finally finished in 1638. The entire mosque is exquisitely built and meticulously crafted, and is regarded as one of the most beautiful and astonishing Islamic architectural masterpieces in the world.
