Flying to Europe just got more convenient with Turkish Airlines' new Taipei–Istanbul route launching in March

Direct flights from Taipei to Istanbul are no longer a dream. Turkish Airlines has announced that starting at the end of March, it will officially operate direct flights between "Taipei and Istanbul," offering seven flights per week. This makes it much more convenient for travelers from Taiwan to transfer to Europe and Africa.

Turkish Airlines stated that starting in early March, it will gradually open new direct routes from Istanbul. On March 3, the airline will launch direct flights to Abuja, the capital of Nigeria, with five weekly flights. Flights to Manila will begin on the 30th, while Taipei will have direct access to Istanbul starting March 31. The estimated flight duration is around 10 to 12 hours.

The Taipei–Istanbul direct flight schedule is as follows:

Istanbul – Taipei     Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday     Departs 1:20 AM, Arrives 5:30 PM
Istanbul – Taipei     Every Sunday         Departs 1:45 AM, Arrives 5:55 PM
Istanbul – Taipei     Every Wednesday         Departs 1:55 AM, Arrives 6:05 PM
Istanbul – Taipei     Every Friday         Departs 2:15 AM, Arrives 6:25 PM
