Attraction Introduction

The so-called "Hotel Street" refers to dozens of hotels of varying sizes and diverse designs built along the northern side of a newly constructed road after Turkmenistan gained independence. Some vividly liken these hotels to a string of pearls hanging around Ashgabat's neck. It is understood that many of these hotels were built by engineering teams sent by respective countries to repay their debts of owed natural gas to Turkmenistan.
