Pyongyang Culture Exhibition Hall

The Pyongyang Culture Exhibition Hall is located on Munsu Street, Daedonggang District, Pyongyang, North Korea. It opened in September 1998 and has a total floor area of 1,200 square meters. The exhibition hall consists of two display areas: one showcases books, pictures, paintings, and handicrafts, while the other is a video and audio appreciation room.

In addition to the above exhibits, the Pyongyang Culture Exhibition Hall also displays works by Chairman Kim Il-sung and Comrade Kim Jong-il, Korean-language and various foreign language translated publications, historical texts such as the translated "Veritable Records of the Joseon Dynasty" and the translated "Tripitaka Koreana," along with other highly valuable ancient books, literary works, and collections of Korean ethnic legends. These have been well received by visitors from around the world. Moreover, the venue has hosted painting exhibitions featuring works by renowned artists who hold titles such as People's Artist and Merited Artist of North Korea, including Korean paintings, wan-nian paintings (longevity-themed paintings), and oil paintings. These exhibitions have been greatly inspiring for visiting tourists.
