Situated at 1413, U 2-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Busan Museum of Art opened in 1998. As the most prominent art museum in the city, it is committed to art research and international exchange by collecting and exhibiting a variety of valuable materials. It has made significant contributions to advancing Busan’s art culture and raising public awareness of art, earning widespread acclaim from all sectors of society.

The Busan Museum of Art is a three-story above-ground and two-story underground facility, featuring eight large exhibition rooms, ten small exhibition rooms, a hall exhibition space, and two outdoor exhibition areas. It hosts a variety of artworks year-round, along with activities such as artist meet-and-greets, youth art appreciation classes, art lectures, and various art seminars. The museum is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
