Introduction

Located to the north of Kobe City, Mount Rokko stretches 30 kilometers from east to west and is covered in continuous greenery. It is the largest outdoor leisure and resort destination in the Kansai region.

The area offers changing natural scenery throughout the four seasons, which is why it has been designated as part of Setonaikai National Park. The summit area of Mount Rokko features a wide plateau with recreational facilities such as golf courses, observation decks, alpine botanical gardens, sightseeing farms, and forest parks.

At night, the summit offers a breathtaking view of Kobe’s cityscape and harbor, famously known as the “Million-Dollar Night View.”
