Rainforest Nature Reserve
Introduction: Located in Port Douglas, about an hour's drive north of Cairns, this reserve offers close encounters with rainforest wildlife that are both fun and educational. The enclosed aviaries provide a suitable natural habitat for 80 species of birds and 15 species of butterflies. In addition, the reserve also showcases animals such as crocodiles, koalas, and wallabies.
