The Kuranda Rainforest Nature Park is located in the town of Kuranda, Cairns, Queensland, covering an area of 100 hectares. It opened in 1976. This area was once used for growing coffee and tropical fruits before being transformed into a nature park.

The rainforest in the Kuranda Rainforest Nature Park is one of the oldest and most mysterious tropical rainforests in the world, offering a truly immersive experience reminiscent of a Jurassic adventure movie. The park offers three diverse ways to explore: riding its unique amphibious military vehicles through the rainforest and tropical fruit orchards, enjoying performances by the Pamagirri Aboriginal Dance Troupe, walking through the Heritage Parade, and visiting the koala and wildlife park.
