Introduction

Ruins of St. Paul's Forecourt is located opposite the headquarters of the former Civic and Municipal Affairs Bureau. The entire square is paved with cobblestones in a wave-like pattern. Nearby roads have been designated as pedestrian zones, and the area is surrounded by benches, making it a popular spot for people to gather, rest, and relax. In the center of the square stands a fountain, which also serves as its iconic landmark. The buildings around the square have all been reconstructed or renovated, including the Tourism Office, the Post Office, and the Holy House of Mercy, which is the oldest charitable institution in Asia.
