Greyhound racing in Macau refers to the greyhound racing events held in the Macau region. The sport was first introduced in 1932 as a joint venture between Hong Kong and Macau businessmen. The Yat Yuen Greyhound Stadium has been operated by the Macau Yat Yuen Greyhound Company Limited since September 1963. Currently, Macau is the only place in Asia where greyhound racing is legally conducted, with races taking place at the Yat Yuen Greyhound Stadium, and it is one of the attractions that draw tourists to Macau.

Greyhound racing in Macau takes place four days a week at the Yat Yuen Greyhound Stadium in the northern part of Macau. Each race night features 18 races, divided into middle-to-short distance events of 350 yards, 510 yards, and 550 yards. Races are held in the evening, with each event featuring 6–8 greyhounds wearing different colored racing jackets. Admission to the public stands is MOP 10 (can be used for—); box seats cost MOP 80 (Monday to Thursday) or MOP 120 (Friday to Sunday and public holidays), plus a minimum spend of MOP 30 per person. Participants can place bets within the greyhound stadium or at various off-site betting stations.
