Urban Sea View is located in the southwestern suburbs of Yining City, on the north bank of the Ili River, about 5 kilometers from the city center. To the north of the park lies the orchard of Hanbin Township, offering an elegant environment, while to the south is the Ili River, known as the mother river of the people of Ili.

Covering an area of over 1,300 acres, Urban Sea View is designed with landscaping concepts that enhance the beauty of the entire site. The park emphasizes both scenic views and water interaction, making it an ideal destination for aquatic leisure activities. The park features six functional zones, among which the swimming area is currently the largest open-air swimming pool and beach swimming area in Yining City. The zone includes the first and only high-altitude, longest water slide in northwest China, as well as an exhilarating triple-loop waterslide stretching over 100 meters. The area is complemented by artificial hills, sand sculptures, and other recreational facilities. The swimming pool also has a dedicated children’s play area of more than 3,000 square meters, featuring water play equipment such as mushroom fountains, seashells, and a water curtain cave. Inflatable climbing walls, air mattresses, and other engaging water attractions are also available.

The park’s 500-acre water recreation area offers a variety of activities including water bikes, dragon boats, pedal boats, speedboats, rowboats, jet skis, and electric boats. There are two large islands on the lake, planned to be developed into a Monkey Viewing Island and a Crocodile Island for visitors to explore. Behind the lake area lies a secondary forest island, home to various waterfowl and wild ducks. Additionally, in front of the large lake’s waterfall stands Yili’s premier floating fish restaurant, where visitors can savor the delicious fish from the Ili River.

The scenic area features many uniquely styled artificial landscapes—such as dinosaur groups, elephant herds, mermaids, and Dutch windmills—that blend harmoniously with the natural surroundings. In front of the snack area, there is a small performance stage where visitors can enjoy ethnic dances, rock bands, stunt shows, fashion shows, and folk performances such as cockfighting, dogfighting, and wrestling. The park also has pavilions, bridges, chairs, and benches thoughtfully arranged throughout for rest and relaxation. The most eye-catching attraction is a towering columnar fountain over 20 meters high, with a unique design and majestic presence.

The Leisure Resort combines dining and accommodation, providing visitors with a rich selection of food and comfortable lodging options. The comprehensive multifunctional hall can host large groups for training sessions, lectures, and other events. The resort also offers recreational activities such as swimming, badminton, tennis, and fishing. The premium villa area even features private swimming pools for guests.
