Heiliangwan Mountain Villa is a holiday resort invested and built by the Manas Supply and Marketing Cooperative, integrating dining, villas, guest rooms, entertainment, skiing, and ice-skating in a natural environment.

Located 6 kilometers south of Baojiadian Town, Manas County, and 16 kilometers from the county seat, the resort spans over 600 acres. It includes four distinctive villas, each with a unique style and layout. The four-star villas can accommodate 10 guests each, while the reception center can host 80 guests and features a 60-person multifunctional meeting room. There are also eight sets of traditional Beijing-style courtyard homes equipped with full cooking facilities for self-catering. Situated against the mountain slope, just 100 meters from the villa, there is a 360-acre natural ski slope, which turns into a fishing pond in summer. Additionally, there are 10 cave dwellings in the Shaanbei architectural style, accommodating 60 guests, offering warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The entire resort is nestled within a pastoral countryside setting.

The villa houses a farmhouse-style restaurant, offering a rich selection of delicious cuisine to ensure guests enjoy tasty meals. It provides a variety of green foods grown with organic farm fertilizer, as well as numerous types of wild game and vegetables for guests to savor.
