Taping Site
The Taping Site is a cultural tourism attraction.
The Taping Site is located about 500 meters southeast of Yinta Village, Shaquan Township, Hequ County. It stretches approximately 500 meters from east to west and around 200 meters from north to south, covering a total area of about 100,000 square meters. The site sits on a riverside terrace, sloping gradually from a raised southern part to the north. Surface collections include gray pottery shards dating back to the Han Dynasty. In 1984, the People’s Government of Hequ County designated it as a county-level cultural relics protection unit.
