Dashaping Site
The Dashaping Site is a cultural heritage site protected by Hequ County.
The Dashaping Site is located approximately 500 meters north of Zhifanggou Village, Jiuxian Township, Hequ County. It stretches about 400 meters from north to south and around 300 meters from east to west, covering an area of approximately 120,000 square meters. The site sits on a hilly plateau that slopes downward in terraced fashion from north to south. Artifacts collected from the surface include fragments of gray earthenware dating back to the Han Dynasty, featuring decorative patterns such as string patterns and stamped rope patterns. In 1984, the People’s Government of Hequ County designated it as a county-level cultural heritage protection site.
