Dishuiyan Waterfall

Dishuiyan Waterfall is a magical natural wonder. The Derung people call Dishuiyan "Habayicheng," which means "water falling from the moon."

To the left of Dishuiyan Waterfall roars the turbulent Dulong River, while to the right stands a cliff hundreds of meters high. A massive stream of water gushes forth from a hollow in the middle of the cliff, crashing onto the rocks along the Dulong River bank. It splashes up water columns over ten meters high, directly plunging into the river and filling the surrounding area with thick mist. The powerful blast of vapor reaches over a hundred meters across to the opposite bank of the Dulong River, shaking the tree branches on the slopes. The waterfall is about 200 meters high and 17–18 meters wide, with a water flow of four to five cubic meters per second.
