The Iceland Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Iceland Water Conservancy Scenic Area is located in Shuangjiang Lahu, Va, Blang and Dai Autonomous County, Lincang City. Built around the Nandeng Reservoir, the scenic area spans 23 square kilometers, including a water surface of 1.668 square kilometers, and is classified as a reservoir-type water conservancy scenic area.

The Nandeng Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir integrating multiple functions such as flood control and water storage, farmland irrigation, industrial water supply, and water replenishment for power generation. The scenic area features crystal-clear mountains and waters, with a well-preserved natural ecological environment. Through ongoing ecological protection and environmental improvement measures such as returning farmland to forest and soil and water conservation, the quality of the regional ecological environment has been further enhanced. Situated at the heart of the vast wild ancient tea tree cluster in northern Mengku Town, the area is the renowned birthplace of Ice Island Tea, boasting a long and storied tea culture history. The scenic area centers around key resources such as Ice Island Lake, Ice Island Tea Village, and Shenlong Shrine, fully developing and promoting a tea culture theme that intertwines with water culture and the culture of frontier ethnic minorities, offering a unique cultural essence and natural landscape.
