Wanding Border Culture Park’s “One Street, Thirteen Museums”

The so-called “Thirteen Museums” refer to the thirteen exhibition halls that have been built and opened to the public along this street, including the China-Myanmar Friendship Memorial Hall, the International Stamp Exhibition Hall (former site of the International Mail Exchange Office), the World Currency Collection Hall (former site of the Central Bank of the Republic of China), the Chinese Expeditionary Force Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall, the Menggong Rare Wood Art Museum, the Ethnic Ancient Weapons Museum, the World Classic Car Collection Museum, the China-Myanmar Ethnic Folk Culture Museum, the World Jewelry Museum, and more. Each museum houses a large collection of rare cultural relics based on its respective theme, offering significant value for both visiting and research.

Each venue in Wanding Border Culture Park holds a piece of history. Walking through them is like stepping back to those war-torn years. The 15,000 exhibits displayed in the Chinese Expeditionary Force Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall inevitably bring to mind the heroic scenes of hundreds of thousands of expeditionary soldiers fighting bravely and battling the Japanese invaders to the death. Being there stirs feelings of remembrance and reverence.
