The Scenic Views of Jianjiang River is a national-level scenic area.

Guide: Wenfeng Pagoda The Wenfeng Pagoda scenic area is located on the Longtan River section south of Duyun City. Wenfeng Pagoda is a seven-tiered, closely-eaved stone pagoda built in the 19th year of the Daoguang reign during the Qing Dynasty (1839). To the east of the pagoda lies the unfathomable Longtan, where during spring and summer when water levels rise, the rapids surge and snow-white waves churn, with the stone pagoda reflected in the water.

Baizi Bridge

Baizi Bridge is located in the middle section of the Jianjiang River within the urban area. It is a seven-arch bluestone bridge, elegant and magnificent, stretching 140 meters in length, and was built in the 51st year of the Qianlong reign during the Qing Dynasty (1786).

Longbei Scenic Area

The Longbei Scenic Area is located along the Longbei River section of the Jianjiang River in the urban area. It features structures such as the Hundred-Step Jumping Bridge, Silver Lion Bridge, and Longbei Bridge. Above Longbei Bridge, both riverbanks are equipped with concrete viewing stands, making it an ideal spot for swimming, playing in the water, and sightseeing.

The Jianjiang River is the mother river of Duyun, flowing from north to south through the urban area with a total course of 91.2 kilometers. Over a hundred ancient and modern bridges of various designs, including Baizi Bridge and Gaofeng Bridge, crisscross the area, giving Duyun the distinctive title of the “Plateau Bridge City.” The most picturesque sections along the river are the Wenfeng Pagoda, Baizi Bridge, and Longbei Scenic Area.
