Pingyao Wu Temple

Pingyao Wu Temple is a cultural tourism attraction.

Located north of Xuanhua Fang on Shuyuan Street in Pingyao County. The exact date of its initial construction is unknown, but it underwent repeated renovations during the Qianlong, Daoguang, and Tongzhi reigns of the Qing Dynasty. Its main structures include a theater stage, bell and drum towers, an offering hall, a central hall, and a rear hall. The roofs are all adorned with glazed tile ornaments of mythical beasts, giving the complex an imposing presence.
