Xinglong Bridge

Xinglong Bridge is located at Xiaodongmen in Chengguan Town. Also known as the "Half-Side Bridge," it was built in the 15th year of the Jiaqing reign (1810). Oriented northeast to southwest, it spans the Liangjiang River. This two-arch stone bridge connects the riverbanks, measuring over 7 meters in length, 2.5 meters in width, with clear spans of 2 meters and 1 meter respectively. The northwest side of the bridge is adorned with stone dragon railings, with their heads facing northeast and standing about 1 meter high. On the stone cliff of the riverbed to the northwest of the bridge stands a square stele, with the six characters "Namo Amitabha" (南无阿弥陀佛) inscribed in regular script and carved in intaglio on both the southern and northern faces, each character measuring 0.12 meters square. The eastern face of the stele records the construction of the bridge, while the western face lists the names and donation amounts of contributors.
