The historic buildings of Jinniu Guesthouse are municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Chengdu.

The historic buildings of Jinniu Guesthouse are located in Jinniu District and date back to 1957.

On September 28, 2013, the Chengdu Municipal People's Government designated them as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

The protected area includes the site areas of the Zhang Daqian Former Residence, the Club Auditorium, and the Ginkgo Villa; an additional 20-meter buffer zone extending outward from the protected boundaries is designated as a construction control zone.
