National Defense Park Paintball Club

Established in 1999, the Chengdu National Defense Park Paintball Club is a professional organization specializing in paintball training, approved by the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Department. It is the first of its kind in Sichuan and also one of the earliest professional paintball institutions in Southwest China. With rich experience in organizing and planning, it has conducted numerous paintball training programs for enterprises, government agencies, as well as military training and summer camp activities for many schools, earning widespread praise from participants.

Currently, paintball games played by enthusiasts in China mainly fall into three categories: those using paintball markers, those using laser markers, and those using BB gun markers. Among these, “paintball” stands out for its realism, intensity, and closeness to actual combat—featuring sound effects, real projectile (paintball) firing, visible impact points, and realistic markings (as if bleeding)—making it especially favored by seasoned players. Laser paintball (also known as laser tag) is popular among many due to its non-violent, pollution-free, eco-friendly nature and diverse game modes.
