The Chengdu Baoqian Ming and Qing Furniture Museum was officially registered and established on June 10, 2010. It covers a total area of 4,473.74 square meters, with an exhibition space of 800.00 square meters and a collection of 512 sets/pieces. Seven basic exhibition areas—including the Throne Hall, the Official’s Central Hall Display, the Study Room, the Men’s Bedroom, the Women’s Bedroom, and the Jade and Miscellaneous Items Exhibition Room—are open to the public free of charge. The museum is open 313 days per year, for 8 hours each day. Additionally, four thematic exhibitions are held annually, attracting visitors from all over and receiving consistent praise.

Through its cultural relic displays, the museum welcomes approximately 20,000 visitors each year. Guests gain a deep appreciation for the historical significance and cultural richness of the exhibits. The museum is dedicated to promoting the art of Ming and Qing furniture and Tibetan Buddhist culture to a wider audience, ensuring the legacy of Ming and Qing imperial culture and Tibetan Buddhism is passed down through generations.
