Chengdu Joy City inherits the core essence of the Joy City brand, centering around "experiential commerce" to create a multifunctional and innovative space. The overall commercial positioning is "JOYCITYJOYPARK." This project is the first urban complex meticulously developed by COFCO Joy City in China’s southwestern region. Under the heritage of the Joy City brand’s core values of "youthful, fashionable, trendy, and tasteful," its overall positioning is "JOYCITYJOYPARK — China’s first experiential recreational shopping park." The project is located on Dayue Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, with a total construction area of 400,000 square meters. It includes three main components: Grade A premium office buildings, a large-scale shopping mall, and themed streets. The shopping mall consists of 3 underground levels, 3 above-ground levels, and parts extending to 4, 5, and 6 levels. It encompasses four major business formats: shopping, dining, entertainment, and services. Featured anchor stores include a premium supermarket, an IMAX cinema, an ice rink, a themed KTV, an arcade, a theater, children's vocational experience zones, and bars.
