Transportation outside the gully is roughly the same as that to Yanzi Gully. From Nan Guanmen Gully to Lianghekou is 14.5 kilometers, where the road splits into two: one heads southwest toward Niu Yuanzi and the glacier, and the other goes northwest toward Chongcao Pengzi (Camp Two) and the glacier. There are no accommodations here, the roads are treacherous, horses cannot pass, and a local guide is required.
