The Red Army Stone Carvings at Mengding Mountain are a Sichuan Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit and a classic red tourism attraction.

In front of the Mengding Mountain Red Army Hundred-Zhang Pass Battle Memorial Hall, there is a row of bright red stone tablets. In November 1935, the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army was active and fought here. The tablets bear inscriptions by Deng Xiaoping, Xu Xiangqian, Zhang Aiping, Liu Bocheng, Yang Chengwu, Xiao Hua, and others, as well as some stone carvings of Red Army slogans.

On June 1, 2007, it was designated as a Sichuan Provincial Cultural Relics Protection Unit by the People’s Government of Sichuan Province.
