The Shuanghe Ten-Thousand-Mu Ecological Sightseeing Tea Garden is situated in the southeastern part of Mingshan County. It lies between 30°3′ to 30°7′ north latitude and 103°14′ to 103°19′ east longitude, bordering Malin in the east, Cheling in the west, Hongxing and Jiefang in the north, and Wangchang in Danling in the south. It is part of the southeastern periphery of eastern Mingshan County. Qilong Village within its jurisdiction is 24 kilometers from the county seat. The county road Minggong Road runs through the area. To the northeast via Hongxing, it is 8 kilometers to the Chengya Expressway and 105 kilometers to Chengdu. To the west, it is 36 kilometers to Ya'an, and to the south, it is 12 kilometers to Wangchang Town in Danling.
