Xianzhi Zhujian Ecological Park

Xianzhi Zhujian Ecological Park is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction.

Xianzhi Zhujian Ecological Park Scenic Area is located in the eastern suburbs of Emeishan City, covering an area of over 300 acres. It is a AAAA-level tourist attraction. The park is 8 kilometers from the city center, bordered by S306, the Leshan–Emeishan tourist highway to the south, and the Emei River to the north. It lies adjacent to the Leshan–Emeishan tourist highway (Shengli Town section).

The entire ecological park follows the construction philosophy of "humanistic ecology, Zen, and the unity of tea," and is built in accordance with the standards of a national AAAA-level scenic area. The park utilizes the existing terrain and architectural features in its design, integrating with the surrounding natural environment while preserving the original ecological system.

The Xianzhi Zhujian Giant Panda Pavilion was built in 2011, covering an area of 20.36 acres. The exterior design of the panda pavilion is primarily inspired by distinctive Chinese Ming and Qing dynasty architecture. It includes both indoor and outdoor activity exhibition areas for the giant pandas, providing them with optimal living conditions and environments. The indoor and outdoor activity spaces feature play facilities for the pandas such as pools and climbing logs. Additionally, to meet the pandas' preference for cooler environments, the indoor activity area is equipped with central air conditioning to help them stay cool during hot summer weather.

Dinosaur Museum

The Dinosaur Museum covers an area of 4.5 acres, with a building area of approximately 1,000 square meters. Its architectural style is consistent with that of the Panda Pavilion. The museum is divided into three main sections: the dinosaur fossil skeleton exhibition area, the animatronic dinosaur exhibition area, and the dinosaur merchandise display area. The dinosaur fossil skeleton exhibition area displays seven touchable simulated fossils, two sets of dinosaur eggs, 18 complete dinosaur skeletons, one dinosaur fossil pit, and 20 smaller fossil pieces. The animatronic dinosaur exhibition area features 12 lifelike animatronic dinosaurs, a 30-square-meter relief depicting a dinosaur habitat scene, and a 100-square-meter dinosaur habitat area, offering visitors an immersive experience as if they’ve traveled back to the Jurassic period.

Panda Pavilion

The Xianzhi Zhujian Giant Panda Pavilion was built in 2011, covering an area of 20.36 acres. Water Park

Xianzhi Tsunami Water Park is currently the most comprehensively equipped water park in Leshan, covering an area of 25 acres with a total investment of 30 million yuan. It includes six main facilities: a children’s water play zone, a tsunami pool, six parallel slides, a wave swing slide, and a vortex cylinder. This water park is another recreational venue established within Xianzhi Zhujian Ecological Park, following the Emei Mountain Rare Plants Ecological Garden, the Dinosaur Fossil Museum, and the Giant Panda Pavilion.
