Sichuan Aba Duomeilinka National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Sichuan Aba Duomeilinka National Wetland Park (Pilot) is located in Aba County, Sichuan Province, with a total area of 2,584.23 hectares.

The "Sichuan Aba Duomeilinka Wetland Park" restoration and protection project is a key measure by Aba County to safeguard the Aba River — the county's mother river — and was included as a major ecological construction task in 2016. Recently, experts from the provincial forestry academy conducted on-site inspections, surveys, and mapping at Duomeilinka Wetland Park in Aba County to develop the "Duomeilinka Wetland Park Wetland Conservation and Restoration Plan." Key elements of this plan include garbage cleanup, afforestation and grass planting, the construction of patrol roads, check dams, and water-retaining walls. During the process, methods such as field surveys and drone aerial photography were used to gain a comprehensive understanding of the park’s geology, landforms, and surrounding communities to ensure more rational use of engineering projects for the conservation and restoration of Duomeilinka Wetland.

Duomeilinka National Wetland Park is hailed as the “kidney of the city” of Aba County. Located in the middle and upper reaches of the A’qu River, it is a unique ecological valley in the entire Tibetan region. The climate in the park’s area is classified as a plateau cold-temperate semi-humid monsoon climate, with distinct dry and wet seasons but no clearly defined four seasons.

✅ Location: Situated in the central part of Aba County, Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, adjacent to Aba County town. The park lies in the middle and upper reaches of the A’qu River, the eastern source of the upper Dadu River, and belongs to the Dadu River system.
