Initial Valley · Tianyuan Zhangjia is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Zhangjia Village is 4 km from the county town, covering an area of 18 square kilometers. It administers 4 villager groups with 335 households and 951 residents, and was one of the first provincial-level “Four-Good” new villages built in 2016. It was praised by Vice Governor Wang Minghui as having “the charm of a European town.” The town’s Party committee and government firmly uphold the development philosophy of “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,” closely centering on the image positioning of “Initial Valley · Tianyuan Zhangjia.” They consistently adhere to the main thread of work integrating a beautiful environment, beautiful economy, and beautiful life (“three beauties integration”), vigorously develop sightseeing agriculture and homestay economy, and strive to build Initial Valley into a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a provincial-level eco-wellness tourism resort, creating a backyard garden for the county town.

Infrastructure – Complete Supporting Facilities

A total investment of 15 million yuan has been made to complete a 3.8 km village road expansion project and pavement, construct 4 new bridges, and build a 1.5 km ecological river embankment.

Characteristic Residential Buildings – Pleasing to Both Eyes and Soul

Relying on the existing ecological landscape and village layout, integrating folk culture elements, and highlighting a “small-scale, clustered” style, construction followed the principle of aligning with the terrain and creating a staggered arrangement. An investment of 1.8 million yuan was used to renovate and upgrade the appearance of 192 residential buildings in Initial Valley.

Ecological Courtyards – Exquisite and Livable

Based on showcasing rural features and emphasizing a “micro-garden, ecological” theme, following the philosophy of “removing hard paving and urbanization,” a mixed greening method using trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass was adopted to green 80 courtyards. This ensures that every courtyard has “grass in spring, flowers in summer, fruit in autumn, and greenery in winter.”

Three Resources as Shares – Creating Boutique Homestays

The “Valley Original Cottage” Tourism Professional Cooperative was established. Through a model of “three resources as shares” – resource, asset, and capital shares – external appearance and internal styles were unified, finances and members were managed uniformly, and operational resources and services were standardized.

Three Income Streams – Developing Sightseeing Agriculture

Sichuan Haiyunchuan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was introduced to lease 150 acres of land to establish an edible lily industrial park. Using the “three income streams” operation model of “rent + salary + shares,” resources were turned into assets, capital into shares, farmers into shareholders, and village collectives into stakeholders, achieving a win-win scenario for all three parties and fostering collective development.

Intercropping of Fruits and Vegetables – Boosting Leisure Tourism

The intercropping model of “fruits and vegetables together” has been actively promoted, planting 500 acres of golden pears, 150 acres of emerald-red plums, and intercropping 650 acres of vegetables, effectively boosting local income and prosperity.
