Fuxing Town Construction Village is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Fuxing Town Construction Village is located on the banks of the Anning River, covering an area of 7.6 square kilometers. It administers 5 groups, with 483 households and a population of 1,804.

Construction Village is known as a famous "rich village," but it wasn't born wealthy. In the past, it was quite poor, and the villagers' greatest wish was simply to have enough to eat. In 2010, a cooperative was established in the village, where villagers quantified their land as shares, used idle funds to build hydropower stations, invest in sand and gravel plants, and received year-end dividends. In 2014 alone, members received over 16 million yuan in dividends. With the newfound wealth, the village adjusted its agricultural industrial structure, reshaped its village appearance, built small "villas," and developed eco-tourism, aiming to ensure that every household had a house, a car, and money. The village was recognized as a "Demonstration Village of the Sichuan Province 'Fifty-Hundred-Thousand' Demonstration Project" in 2010, as an advanced grassroots Party organization at both the prefectural and provincial levels in 2011, and as a demonstration village for socialist new rural construction within the prefecture. In 2012, it was honored as a national advanced grassroots Party organization for innovation and excellence. In December 2014, it was rated as a national AAA-level scenic area.
