Cloud Valley Flower Paradise is located in Balong Village, Lengshui Town, Shizhu Tujia Autonomous County, Chongqing, situated on the mysterious 30th parallel north. The park has an average altitude of 1,500 meters, with forest coverage reaching 85% and an annual average temperature of 10°C. Even during the hot summer months, the highest temperature rarely exceeds 27°C. Known for its “ever-blooming flowers and fragrant fruits everywhere,” it is playfully referred to by locals as the “Half-Immortal Flower and Fruit Mountain.”

Covering an area of 3,000 mu, the park includes 1,700 mu of forest landscape, 800 mu for fruit and vegetable picking, and 500 mu of ornamental flowers. Themed around “intoxicating beauty,” the site cleverly incorporates undulating mountains, winding springs, pavilions, corridors, bridges, and flowing streams. It is divided into ten major sections: Modern Roses, Celestial Peonies, Hundred Flowers 0, Luoyang Flower Terrace, Azalea Corridor, Sunflower Hills, Happiness Maze, Crape Myrtle Wilderness, Falling Cherry Blossom Pathway (under construction), and Magnolia by the Spring (under construction).

The park is fully equipped with facilities, including a floral restaurant that can accommodate over 1,000 diners, more than 800 hammocks for leisure, tent camping for over 500 people, over 100 oxygen bar cabins nestled in the woods, a 5-kilometer loop road, 15 kilometers of walking trails, 500 parking spaces, 17 pavilions, and 20 rocking chairs and swings. In May, blossoms such as cherry, peony, magnolia, and azalea trees bloom competitively; from June to October, herbaceous flowers like celestial peonies, lavender, sunflowers, double-flowered black-eyed Susans, and foxgloves flourish, while woody flowers such as modern roses, hydrangeas, crape myrtles, and crabapples compete in a riot of color.
