Tongliang Shaxin Rose Garden is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Chongqing’s “Shaxin·-” is situated in Pulu Town, Tongliang District, Chongqing, with an initial phase of 1,200 mu and a medium-term plan to cover 5,000 mu. The area boasts over 50 types of roses, which burst into bloom in various colors from April to October, drawing large numbers of visitors every day. In April 2014, it successfully held the “Rose Rendezvous, Romantic Shaxin” Rose Culture Tourism Festival, receiving over 100,000 visitors, making it the largest - in the western region and a national AA-level tourist attraction.

The scenic area has developed an ecological circular agricultural landscape themed around “mountains, water, pastures, fishing, and scenery,” and has created attractions symbolizing “romantic love” such as “Love at First Sight,” “Everlasting Love,” “Lovers’ Stairway,” and “Lovers’ Island.” The area also includes a Tianchi Water Amusement Center, a Children’s Play Center, a Children’s Intelligence Development Pavilion, and a colorful aquarium viewing pool.

To cater to tourism development, the area has also launched a series of rose-themed products, including specialty items such as “Skin-Nourishing Rose Noodles,” “Rose Tea,” “Rose Jam,” “Rose Essential Oil,” and “Fresh Roses.”

Shaxin·- offers comprehensive reception facilities and thoughtful services, making it an ideal destination for leisure, sightseeing, entertainment, health care, and weddings for local residents.

Recommended visiting routes:

Route 1: Drive from downtown Chongqing — take the Yu-Sui Expressway — exit at Pulu — head to Pulu Shaxin Rose Garden.

Route 2: Drive from Tongliang city center — take the Tonghe Road — through Quande — to Pulu Shaxin Rose Garden.

Route 3: Take a bus bound for Pulu or Hechuan from Beimen Bus Station in Tongliang District; the Shaxin Rose Garden can be found on the right side of the road during the journey.

Ticket:

Adult ticket: 20 yuan; children under 1.2 meters are free, while those over 1.2 meters are charged the adult rate. Additionally, visitors can receive a 300-gram bag of rose noodles for free with their ticket purchase.

Food and accommodation: Meals can be taken at Yangjiazhai Farmhouse within the Rose Garden, which is fully equipped and offers recreational activities such as board games. Next to the farmhouse, there is also an ecological fish farm available for fishing.
