Jingtai Peak

With an elevation of 1,020 meters, it is situated on Nanguang Rock, about 5 kilometers south of Shen Nü Stream on the southern bank of the Wu Gorge, roughly 15 kilometers from Qingshi Town. Among the vast valleys and mountain ranges, this lone peak rises majestically, towering hundreds of zhang high and encircling less than a kilometer in girth. The peak looks like a celestial being silently reciting scriptures on a sacred altar. Beneath the peak lies a tranquil pool with rippling, crystal-clear and sweet-tasting water. Atop the peak is a large flat area that strikingly resembles a pristine altar placed above a dragon palace.
