Dachang Lake National Wetland Park is a national-level wetland park.

Dachang Lake National Wetland Park is located in Dachang Town, Wushan County, Chongqing, situated in the heart of the Three Gorges Reservoir area. Covering a total area of 1,464.73 hectares, of which 1,020.59 hectares are wetlands, Dachang Lake is one of the larger lakes formed in the reservoir area after the Three Gorges Dam impoundment. With its unique scenery and adjacent to the ancient town of Dachang, the park blends beautiful natural landscapes with rich cultural heritage, offering visitors a chance to experience the charm of "lofty gorges, tranquil lakes, and serene ancient towns."

Characterized by the reservoir wetlands of the Yangtze River basin, Dachang Lake National Wetland Park is built upon the foundation of protecting and restoring wetland ecosystems and water resources. It integrates tourism and educational facilities, features experimental demonstration projects for fluctuating zone management, and highlights Wushan culture. The park serves as a national wetland reserve dedicated to wetland conservation and restoration, environmental education, scientific research and monitoring, wetland sightseeing and experiences, as well as cultural leisure activities. It is expected to open to the public in 2018.

Dachang Lake Wetland Flower Garden is located in Group 3, Guangming Village, Dachang Town, Wushan County, Chongqing, and opened to the public on February 20, 2014. Covering an area of over 160 acres, the flower garden was developed alongside Dachang Lake National Wetland Park and functions as a comprehensive site integrating cultural tourism, sightseeing, leisure, and science education.

The Dachang Lake Wetland Flower Garden features eight themed zones: tulips, peonies, roses, crape myrtle, orchids, plum blossoms, roses, and lavender. During its opening period, the first batch of zones open to visitors include tulips, peonies, roses, and crape myrtle. It is reported that the tulip zone includes 33 varieties and over 730,000 bulbs, many of which have begun to bloom. The peony zone has 100 varieties and 16,000 plants, expected to be in full bloom in March. The rose zone contains 56 varieties and 12,000 plants, set to flower in April.

The flower garden has specially designed walking paths that allow visitors to get close to the flowers and enjoy the sea of blooms. Parking lots have been constructed nearby to accommodate visitors traveling by car. Additionally, there are two leisure farmhouses beside the garden, providing food and relaxation options for guests. During events, some tulip seedlings will also be available for sale.

Dachang Town: Located at the junction of Chongqing, Shaanxi, and Hubei in eastern Chongqing, Dachang Town has a history of over 1,700 years and covers an area of 188.8 square kilometers. It currently has a total population of 46,979 and administers 30 administrative villages and one neighborhood committee. It serves as the center of the Lesser Three Gorges Golden Tourism Zone and the northern Wushan tourism corridor, and is also the largest third-phase resettlement town in the Three Gorges Reservoir area.
