Haikou Museum

Haikou Museum is located in the middle section of the Sanya East Expressway, 164 kilometers from Haikou and 100 kilometers from Sanya. Also known as the Wugongci Exhibition Hall, it stands opposite the “First Tower of Hainan.” It is a medium-sized, elegantly styled three-story antique-style building. The museum covers a total construction area of 4,200 square meters. Lined with rows of coconut trees and lush greenery, the scenic surroundings are pleasant. The museum is divided into eight exhibition halls. The central second and third floors showcase the life stories of notable historical figures from Hainan and feature a selection of artistic photography works, adding vibrancy to the “Hainan Humanities” with evergreen coconut trees, pines, and bamboos.
