Huang Zhongyi Ancestral Hall is located in Fucheng Town, Qiongshan District, Haikou City, dating back to the Qing Dynasty. It is a cultural heritage site protected at the provincial level in Hainan Province.

Protected area: 1 meter east to the outer wall of the Xing Family Ancestral Hall, 5 meters south to the perimeter wall of the Qiongshan District Public Security Bureau dormitory, 5 meters west to the centerline of Shangshu Straight Street, and 2 meters north to the outer wall of the district government kindergarten teaching building.
