This former site was built around 1905. The main building is 19.86 meters long and 10.48 meters wide, with two floors and a construction area of 206 square meters. The main structure is still in good condition. It was the residence and office building for the clergy, specifically the archdeacon, at that time.

This former site is a historical witness to the establishment of a management institution by the Christian church in Beihai.
