The Daling Mountain Peach Blossom Garden in Ping'an Township is located in Daling Mountain Village, Xiling Township, Gongcheng. It is an ecotourism project developed with strategic advice from the county tourism bureau, Xiling Township Party Committee, and local government. Leveraging the opportunity of the peach blossoms in March and integrating it with the “Prosperous Eco-Friendly Homeland” project, this ecological tourism attraction draws crowds. Around International Women’s Day, the entire mountain is dyed pink by the blooming peach blossoms. Under the spring sunlight, visitors wandering through the peach gardens enjoy the beauty of nature. Each season attracts tourists from all over and also boosts local farmers’ incomes.

A distinctive local advertisement broadcast on China Central Television made Beijing’s Ping’an Lane, Shanghai’s Ping’an Li, and Guangxi’s Ping’an Township household names overnight. Guangxi’s Ping’an Township is located southeast of Gongcheng Yao Autonomous County, Guilin City, approximately 3 kilometers from the county seat. The township covers a total area of 240 square kilometers and has 39,528 mu of arable land. With a long history of fruit cultivation and high-quality produce, in 2000 the township had 44,000 mu of fruit orchards, yielding a total of 50,170 tons of fruit. The per capita fruit output reached 2,200 kilograms, and the average annual income per person was 3,341 yuan.
